Who looked after mum during her pallative care, and did an amazing job ensuring that Mum received the best quality of care.

They supported holding our wedding at the hospice to ensure that Mum was able to attend.

They have shown outstanding care both for Mum and provided excellent family support and care. Which is still continuing even after Mum has now moved onto her next journey.

The family can't thank you enough for everything you did to take care of Christine Naylor.  

So please can I ask you to help me fullfill my mum's wishes and contribute to raising money for this outstanding cause, so the quality of care they provide can really be driven forward with the necessary resources they need, so that other families can receive the quality of care they also deserve.
